Does my phone data or contact detail is shared with Mysmart doctor ?

No. We only ask for Geo Location Permision ( which allow us to know your location) so we can find nearby available doctors/hospital, except that we do not require any other feature permision,

How can i find doctor by his/her name without knowing category?

On the above of the Category you can skip the cateogry option and search your doctor by his/her name.

Do i need to always find the doctor to book the appointment?

No. You can save any doctor into your faviourite doctor and you can find that doctor in your my doctor tab

Can i book the appointment for any other person from my login id ?

Yes you can book appointment for any other person from your login id but all the notification related to that appointment will be sent to you.

Is my appointment detail is shared with other ?

No. the appointment details is high confidential and store temporary and we do not share with any other third party application or individual, and also we save appointment data for only 10 Days. after that it will get auto delete.

Do i need to enter same information of previous appointment details in next appointment ?

Yes! As your information is very much confidential to us, so we do not store in our database just for your safety and privacy.

My internet is not working how can i book doctor appointment?

No Issue we are very happy to help, you can call our customer care at 954200999 and book your appointment.

I am trying to book a token but its already booked by someone else ?

I am really sorry for the inconvience, our application is work on first come first serve basis, we request you to book another token or choose another date if you have some time preference.

I am patient do need i need to pay consultation fees online ?

No, We are only taking service charges which is for holding your appointment with doctor, all consultation charges are need to pay at Clinic or Hospital, Also we have some doctors who pay service charge on behalf of patient in that case you do not need to pay any booking charges for appointment.

How can i know doctor is late or appointment is cancelled ?

We will send you notification whenever doctor is late or cancel the appointment.

How can i know about my booking status ?

You can see your booking status in your appointment section, if incase its pendig you can see the details like current status and other related information.

How can i cancel my booking ?

You can cancel your booking by click on cancel button available on your pending booking in your appointment section

Do i get refund if i cancel the booking ?

No. if you cancel the booking you will not get refund of service charge, because we have hold the token,

What if doctor cancel the booking ?

You will get refund of the service charge within 24-48 hrs. if doctor cancel the booking in any case.

I am a Doctor and i am practising in multiple hospital / clinic can i add all my hospital and clinic in one app ?

Yes ! My Smart Doctor Application is made in relavance algorithim which offer doctor to avail multi hospital/ Clinic Appointment in single app.

As a Doctor i might be late or cancel appointment what will happen in that case ?

We understand and we developed all this secenrio, we will send notification to all appointment that you will be late, or incase cancel appoitment.

Do i need to inform Doctor Helpline if in case i am not available in particular date ?

No, you can manage your timing and shift from your app. but if you need any help feel free to contact us at doctor helpline.

As a Hospital/Clinic how many doctor(s) we can add ?

We are very much happy to see you grow so we are not in limit, you can add as many as doctor in your hospital / clinic.

As a Hospital how can i add doctor in my Hospital?

Adding a doctor(s) is very complicated because it require cateory and department related and other information, so we will do it for you, you just need to contact your R.M( Relationship Manager).

I am Doctor and i want to promote my Clinic / Hospital at mysmartdoctor application ?

Yes ! We do paid promotion of Clinic / Hospital / Doctor depend on availabioilty of slot. for more information kindly contact our marketing department at doctor helpline number.

How do I place an ad?

It's very easy to place an ad: click on the button "Post Your ad" above right.

What does it cost to advertise?

The ads is 100% free throughout the website.

If I post an ad, will I also get more spam e-mails?

Absolutely not because your email address is not visible on the website.

How long will my ad remain on the website?

In general, an ad is automatically deactivated from the website after 30 days. You have the ability to put them again online by logging into your account on the site.

I sold my item. How do I delete my ad?

Once your product is sold, log in to your account to remove your ad.
