Q. I am Doctor i want to register with this application ?

Q. I have registered with your application but i am not able to see any doctor ?
A. There is a chance that our service is not available in your location but we are trying our best to provide you our services.
Q. Can i book in advance ? for example for few days laters ?
A. Yes, you can book your appointment between 6 Months from the today date in matter to availilbity of the doctor schedule.
Q. Do i need to pay any consultation charges ?
A. No. you do not need to pay any consultation charges, all consultation charges need to pay at hospital / clinic.
Q. Do i need to pay any other charges ?
A. Yes, Service charge of Rs. 20.00 (Inclusive of All taxes) you need to pay but it also vary from doctor to doctor, as some doctor are free of service charge.
Q. Why do i have to pay service charge for booking appointment ?
A. Our service charge is very minimal as minimum of ordering food from other food ordering application, also we pay rent for server and development :-)
Q. Is there any refund if i cancel the booking?
A. For refund please visit to our refund policy, you can find all refund policy according to your doubt.
Q. I do not know the doctor name ? how can i find ?
A. Its simple you can serach via Hospital or you can find via category.
Q. How can i know about doctor performance?
A. In our application all doctor are verified and expereince in their segment, but more about their performance you can tap on doctor profile to see their feedback given by other patients.
Q. I am trying to book an appointment but its say Token Already Booked?
A. Our Application need works on algorithims which allow first come first serve, their is possibility that someone else has booked same token already before you at difference of micro-second.
Q. I have booked an appointment but its not showing ?
A. For your pending appointment you need to go to My Appointment and where you can see your pending and completed appointments.
Q. I got notification that your order has been cancelled by Doctor Request ? what does it means ?
A. There is possiblity that doctor have cancel the shift due to some personal reason, if you can book your appointment again as per availibity and if you have paid service charge feel free to call us, we can find a solution.
